One of six capabilities

AI and Automation for Growing Businesses.

Some of what you're hearing about AI is useful. A lot of it is noise. We help you sort it out.

When Does an AI Engagement Actually Pay Off?

A conversation first. We walk through what you're trying to do and where things are getting stuck. Then we figure out together whether AI is the right answer or whether something simpler would serve you better.

The right tool, not the loudest one. Dozens of AI tools are marketed at businesses your size every month. We help you tell which ones actually fit your work and which are solving someone else's problem.

Built for how your team already works. If we build something custom, whether it's an AI assistant, a script that cleans up a recurring task, or an integration between tools, it fits into how your team already operates instead of asking them to change.

Training your team to use it. A tool nobody uses is worse than no tool at all. We make sure your team can actually run what we build after we're gone.

Is AI the Right Answer for a Small Business?

Sometimes yes. Other times the answer is a simple script, a better process, or just getting two of your tools to talk to each other. And sometimes the answer is not yet. That's the conversation. If you walk out of it thinking AI isn't where you should spend money this quarter, that's a win too. Clarity is the point.

When AI is the answer, Claude is usually what we reach for. Different situation, different tool, we'll say so.

One Way to Work With Us: A Dedicated AI Employee

Not every AI engagement needs to be a project. Some businesses want an AI worker that learns their operations and stays.

A worker, not a tool. You give the agent a name. It joins your team in Slack or email, learns your business, and starts taking the work nobody else has time for: inbox triage, status reports, follow-ups, scheduling, the parts of your day you wish someone else owned.

It learns before it acts. We don't switch it on cold. The agent watches your team work first, learns how you talk to your clients, drafts the kinds of messages and tasks it will eventually own. You review what it produces. We tune until the voice matches yours. When you trust how it's working, the parts you've okayed go autonomous. The parts you haven't keep coming through you.

You're always in the loop. Every action the agent takes is logged. You see what it did, when, and why. The line between what acts on its own and what waits for your okay is written down in your contract, and you can change it any time.

Currently shaped for marketing agencies. The first version of this service is set up for 10-50 person marketing agencies. If you run a business that isn't quite that, we can still talk. We're adding new shapes as customers come.

What We Won't Do With AI

A few lines we hold because they matter more than a sale.

We won't automate judgment.

Some decisions should stay with a person who knows your business. We'll build a tool that gets the right information to the right person faster. We won't build one that makes the call for them and hides how it got there.

We won't replace people.

The goal is to give your team back the hours they're losing to busywork, so they can spend that time on the work that actually needs a human. If an engagement is really a headcount decision wearing a tech coat, we'll tell you that instead of selling you the tech.

We won't hand over a dashboard and call it strategy.

A dashboard shows you what's happening. It doesn't tell you what to do about it. Visibility is part of the work, not the whole of it. You should leave an engagement with a clearer picture and a plan for acting on it.

Let's Talk About Your Business

We'll ask how things run and where you're trying to go. You'll walk away with a clearer picture of how to get there, whether we work together or not.
